Terms of Service

By using Euro Scoreboard (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

Who am I

Euro Scoreboard is operated by a sole trader based in Santariškių g. 75, LT-08457 Vilnius, Lithuania, European Union. For all questions about these Terms, purchases, or refunds, contact euroscoreboardapp@gmail.com.

Using the Service

Euro Scoreboard is a fan-made tool for hosting song contest watch party scoreboards. It offers a free tier for small rooms and paid passes for larger ones. You can use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not use it to harass other users, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, or to interfere with the Service's normal operation.

Accounts

Hosts must register an account to create rooms. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity that happens under your account. Guests can join rooms without an account.

Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit — your display name, votes, trivia answers, and any other information you provide. By submitting content, you grant me a license to store and display it as needed to operate the Service.

Availability and changes

I provide the Service on an "as-is" basis. I may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. I'm not liable for any loss of data or interruption of service.

Third-party trademarks

Euro Scoreboard is an independent fan-made tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) or any national broadcaster. "Eurovision" and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners.

Advertising

The Service is supported by advertising. By using the Service, you agree to the display of ads as described in Privacy Policy.

Payments and pricing

Euro Scoreboard offers a free tier and paid one-time passes for larger rooms. Current prices are listed on the pricing page. All prices are in euros (EUR).

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. I do not store your card details on my servers. By making a purchase you also agree to Stripe's Services Agreement.

Value Added Tax (VAT) is calculated at checkout based on your billing country and added to the displayed price where applicable. For customers in the European Union, VAT is collected and remitted by Stripe under the EU One-Stop-Shop (OSS) scheme. Business customers in the EU with a valid VAT number can enter it at checkout to be invoiced under the reverse charge mechanism.

What a pass includes

A pass is a one-time payment — it is not a subscription and does not auto-renew. Each pass unlocks the ability to create rooms with the player limit of the tier you purchased, for a period of 7 days from the moment of purchase. During that period, you can create as many rooms as you wish, up to that player limit.

Rooms you created while a pass was active remain accessible after the pass expires. You just cannot create new rooms above the free limit until you purchase another pass.

Passes are tied to the host account used at checkout. They are not transferable to another account.

Refund policy

Because a pass unlocks digital features immediately upon purchase, you acknowledge and agree at checkout that the service begins immediately and that, to the extent permitted by law, you waive the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply to distance sales under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Beyond that, I offer refunds in the following cases:

• Duplicate or accidental purchases. If you were charged twice for the same pass, contact me within 24 hours and I will refund the duplicate.
• Technical failure. If a pass fails to unlock the advertised features and I am unable to fix the problem within 24 hours, I will refund the purchase in full.
• Unauthorized transactions. If you believe your payment method was used without your authorization, contact me immediately. I will investigate in cooperation with Stripe and your card issuer.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

To request a refund, email euroscoreboardapp@gmail.com with the email address used at checkout and the approximate purchase date.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory consumer rights you have under the laws of your country of residence. If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you benefit from mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived by contract.

If you have a complaint, please contact me first at euroscoreboardapp@gmail.com. I aim to respond within 24 hours. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Changes to these terms

I may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
